Shareholders and other interested parties may communicate with the Board, any committee of the Board, any individual director, or the independent directors as a group, by writing to the Office of the Corporate Secretary, Sotera Health Company, 9100 South Hills Blvd., Suite 300, Broadview Heights, OH 44147, or by sending an e-mail to board@soterahealth.com. Communications that relate to the functions of the Board or a Board Committee will be relayed to the Board, a Board Committee, or to individual directors, as appropriate. The Secretary will not relay to the Board or its members inquiries unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Board or its Committees, including solicitations, advertisements, job applications or resumes, service or product inquiries, complaints, or any materials that are threatening or illegal.
