Communications that relate to the functions of the Board or a Board Committee will be relayed to the Board, a Board Committee, or to individual directors, as appropriate. The Secretary will not relay to the Board or its members inquiries unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Board or its Committees, including solicitations, advertisements, job applications or resumes, service or product inquiries, complaints, or any materials that are threatening or illegal.
